Actaully, it is not. He'll be lucky if he pushes Kisame to medium difficulty which is extremely doubtful. Suigetsu isn't on par with the higher tier of the Akatsuki [Sasori, Kisame, Kakuzu, Deidara] and all four of them would defeat him rather easily. Don't get me wrong, I like Suigetsu and all, however, he doesn't stand a chance against any of them.
