Kakashi was already Kage-level right before the war was started and now he went past that rank... Now, he's above Kage level...(speaking of current standard of Kage)

Nope. I ain't.

He got Kamui at the right of start Part II. Forget the war. Before that, some Zabuza almost killed him and Itachi toyed with him and two other Jounin.

He has shown to use only Raikiri the most, and even that is the prob. weakest of Sasuke. He can manage to do it only few times.

With his stamina, Chãkra and jutsu levels (w/o Kamui), he's just about high Jounin. Like 30% Itachi was beating Team 7 down, WTF?

He would get banged by other Kage's even with Jounin backup w/o Kamui.

EDIT: Not to mention OMG, he would hand his ass to Kage's if he went to them now Lol He's not their level.
