Like he lost him arms many times..and only because of the zetsu cells he was able to rebuild it again..if he had gotten back to konoha and had went through a very hard mission and lost his arm..he wouldn't have been able to rebuild his arm rite??​

Well considering that Zetsu is Madara's creation, I'm sure Madara would just kill the Zetsu somehow (like a fail safe) and Obito would just die on the spot.

There is no reality where obito lived without senju dna

But,for arguments sake if for some reason events took place that foresaw him returning to konoha by other means then his life as a shinobi would of been over and his eye would of never been restored as nobody has that level of medical ninjustu other than tsuande and there is little reason for her to come back to konoha and reatore his body and eye.
