But there's something else about it. As we know the Rinnegan was a burden for Nagato for it's not his own eyes.

1.Every "Plot Hole" thread ever made was proven wrong.
2.The rinnegan had nothing to do with your later question.

Obito has senju and uchiha dna.He had the spiritual and psychical energy to maintain the rinnegan through the blood of the sages ancestors.

3.Obito lost the bijuu chakra he himself has his own chakra pool.Obviously he has enough to keep it on.

4.That would not be a plot hole.
