I don't know what first one you are talking about, but the second one is named "Decision"(Hakke Shikku Fuin) [Dat Kushina and Minato theme]

It's called "Road to Ninja" from... guess what, Road to Ninja. It's starts with the evilish theme but at 1.10 or something it goes into the theme you're looking for.

To be honest, this episode has it all, from the pitch perfect fight of the Gokage nd Madara to the emotionally filled scene of Sasuke and Itachi. This one bags 5/5. Like Fahad 5212 said if you want an explanation 6or that 5/5 rating, goan watch if u haven't or go and re-watch if you have. 339 Episode is enough oo, for all of u waiting for it to pile up.
