The same way the databook says that to have Susano'O you have to have Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi. When Madara has neither Amaterasu or Tsukiyomi. The Same way Sasuke doesn't have Tsukiyomi.

Madara has no feats at all with the Rinnegan techniques, and PS was stated to be his full power. Anyone who tries to give them to him in a VS thread will simply be speculating on the scale and power of Madara's techniques. There is no room for speculation here......

This is basically PS with Nagato as support vs PS as no other techniques will help Madara against a PS equal with his own. Though the support Nagato can offer is useless in the face of Perfect Susanoo.

-Every other Rinnegan technique/summon is useless.

Edo Madara would outlast Sasuke's Perfect Susanoo and then one shot them both with his own, which can be held indefinitely since he's an Edo.
