Sage Mode for Sakura? I don't think so!

If you did not know, a large base chakra capacity is need to develop Sage Mode. That is because you need room in your capacity to balance nature, spiritual and physical energy. Naruto with Uzumaki chakra can do this due to his chakra levels. Hashirama is the same. DSM Kabuto had the power of Jugo's clan's chakra which takes in nature energy to mix to it.

Does Sakura have a high chakra capacity? I don't think so unless proven otherwise in the manga. She won't have room to balance all the chakra without a high base chakra capacity. Hence, Sage Mode wouldn't be possible for her.

The Yin seal doesn't go away after one use (Atleast permanately), it comes back with chakra. Once you have it, you have it.

No, dear, once it's there, it's there to stay. It only takes 3 years to activate it. After that, you have it permanently. Look at Tsunade's case and you'll understand the premises.
