You're missing the main point. It can go either way. They're both powerful, but that alone is nothing.
If someone looks at the scenario and thinks that Kisame or Minato is going to win, they'll finish the battle scenario in a matter that results in that person being the victor.

Keep an open mind and accept that either one could win. They all have their streingths and weaknesses. Assuming what they will or will not do is meaningless. In the end, there's no way to be 100% sure.

S-Class nin >=< Hokage.
Speed is required to mark and activate ftg.
(Same do for Obito kamui.)
Kisame knew about Minato ftg and how it work.
Conclusion;
Winner is by SPEED.
Minato need to mark first (Throwing his 'special' kunai) before ftg.
Kisame could had SPEED to move, plus using water element (to drown Minato)

just another post to proove my point. You assume that's how the fight will go. There's no telling what steps they will take or how the fight will play out. We're not Kisame, Minato or Kishi.

SPEED IS VELOCITY, WHICH EQUALS DISTANCE/TIME

If the unit of time is zero (in this case, teleportation has no time delay whatsoever), then the velosity (or, as we're calling it, "speed") is zero.

This speed/teleportation debate is redundant...

Speed is equal to distance over time (the time it takes to cross a certain distance). FTG is instantaneous and isn't a quantified speed because it doesn't take any time to cross any given distance. It is technically not speed, but instant actions of speed (FTG) can't be quantified and would be considered the epitome of speed because it goes over everything speed is; it takes no time to cross any distance.

When Minato executes FTG, all time taken there is of the execution time of the jutsu and then in the next moment(think of the smallest possible fraction of a second) Minato is at his destination...

This is hipacritical, given my past posts in this thread, but Kisumi using the water-sphere-thingey implies Minato does absolutely nothing at all until Kisami actually activates it.
