Hiraishin takes you from point A to point B quicker than a Shunshin, but it can't really be measured so it really isn't "speed".

Iam well aware of the difference B/W those two ...

Mind explain how FTG being faster than Shunshin makes it different from Speed....?

Hmm I wonder... Can minato even teleport Samehada? I mean it does absorb chakra thus shouldn't it be able to absorb the seal or chakra required to teleport?

OT: My beliefs of this fight is based on if Minato can seperate Samehada and Kisame

If he can Minato wins low difficulty since Kisame can't heal super fast without it

If Minato can't then eventually Minato would lose.

Minato marked Juubi which is as big as a small village ..for Kisame in order to stop Minato from teleporting he need to make the doom that bigger otherwise that is not going to happen in a 100 years...

1 Insanely fast speed
2 Various means of teleportation (not limited to just himself)
3 Genious level intelect
4 A vast array of sealing techniques (not just Reaper Death)
5 Rasengan (DON'T COUNT IT OUT OR SAY IT'S USELESS)
6 Toad Summons
The man is the yellow flash and the fourth Hokage. People seariously underrate him

Kisame has:
1 Massive chakra and stamina
2 Tremendous streingth
3 Jonin-level water techniques
4 Samehameda
5 Not al that bad himself when it comes to intelect, but no where near as good as Minato
6 Mabye (not 100% sure) Shark summons. I mean, I know he has shark water-style techniques, but summons?... It would make sense, wouldn't it?

Let's not just assume who would our wouldn't win, because:
1 There are various ways that the fight could go down. I mean, If you look at it where you want Kisami or Minato to win, that's how your scenario is going to work out--and that isn't fair.
2 They haven't fought each other before, so there's no way of knowing exactly how they are going to think, move or react to each other. It's compairing apples and oranges for crying out loud.
3 Most importantly, it would be Kishi's choice anyway, not ours. Wich leads to the final issue:

No , i think minato can defeat kisame since he can just mark samehada with hiraishin and teleport it somehwere far away for kisame not to get it again , then when kisame is distarcetd , he can put a mark on him and perform hiraishin level 2 , kisame is a dead meat . im not underrating kisame , he is pretty much one of the strongest akatsuki members , but imo minato is too much for him .

Water Dome puts all of the seals Minato placed in battle underwater, so when Minato is trapped underwater, where is he going to teleport? Back underwater?

Speed is required to mark and activate ftg.
(Same do for Obito kamui.)
Kisame knew about Minato ftg and how it work.
Conclusion;
Winner is by SPEED.
Minato need to mark first (Throwing his 'special' kunai) before ftg.
Kisame could had SPEED to move, plus using water element (to drown Minato)
