[Technical Issue] Subscribed threads

Is anyone else having delays with the update of the threads they've subscribed for?
I go to my view all my subscriptions and I notice no difference. But the next day It will randomly update telling me someone posted in the thread before I had a look at it. Dunno if it's a lagg or an actual issue.

Yes, I've missed one training and spar RP. They sometimes just don't update. :/
Also, sometimes the subscribed threads just disappear, have to load the whole page two times or so before they appear..

I totally didn't understand what you said, but as for your question, if there is a thread that you like/need you can subscribe to it by clicking on tread tools in the right top corner and subscribing to the thread. Which will show you in your user interface when someone posted in the thread you subscribed for.
