Why Sasuke cannot use shadow clone?

Majority of u guys said sasuke cannot use shadow clone in battle.I just want to inform you guys that Madara already explain the reason why shadow clone is useless because it a waste of chakra.Instead of using the chakra for shadow clone,it can be use to create a better jutsu or use other jutsu.

Nobody said he couldn't. It just isn't in his inherent battling style to do so. He hasn't shown proficiency in doing so, and given his current battling style, which uses consecutive Eien No Mangekyou techniques, utilizing the Kage Bunshins on any scale seem redundant at best.

sasuke,amaterasu,sharingan(ms,base and ems),genjutsu ,susano (v1 to v5)and other ocular jutsu require alot of chakra to use it.A non uchiha will faint/dead if they donot have the chakra reserve to use the sharigan

Sasuke, in theory, should be skilled enough to use "Enton Bunshin" (clones which turn into Amaterasu), although I really doubt that would happen.

Maybe it would be better if he learned how to use Crow Clones?

that doesnt matter macho sasuke can spam those things now because of ems look how fast he went blind after the kage summit ? spam ms tech doesnt mean you have a high reserve. the uchiha blood does same reason when kakashi can to train his eye more alot more than a normal uchiha outside of sharingan techs sasuke reserve is is probably a bit above average.

crow clones require a crow summoning though, but he could possibly do a snake clone, it hasnt been done by him yet, but since he has snake summonings it should be possible. or fire/lightning clones would be good for him. enton clones would be way too op. naruto should start using wind clones too

Actually he didn't say it anywhere near there, he said it when the Juubi was summoned and Kakashi also talked about it

. Madara only said it would multiply Naruot's incompetence, Naruto being dumb most of the time because Kishi makes him that way even though we seen Naruto grow up and use his brains many times but Kishi can't have Naruto be smart right now or else he'll be near unbeatable.

It was Naruto making 12 clones to fight on all battle fields what turned the tides of the war. a clone with 1/13th of Naruto's power beat Muu and the 3rd Raikage with minimal help so you can't say clones are weak. Clones help Naruto analyze his opponent

Kishi won't allow it. Remember Sasuke & Naruto are opposites, one won't have the same as the other. Sasuke is looked at as the One, while Naruto is the Many

And yet madara used 25 wooden kage bushins Lol, the thing is the amount of chakra original body can give to the bushins determines the effectiveness of the jutsu. If some one with poor reserves creates kage bushins then it's nothing more than waste of chakra. But in naruto's case his kage bushins can use KCM and SM, such clones can stand upto and defeat kage level shinobi's as seen in case of 3rd raikage. His clones can use FRS, rasengan and bijuudama etc OP jutsu's. So kage bushin is not at all a fodder jutsu if used by someone such as hashirama, madara and naruto. But when it comes to sasuke he never uses kage bushin. Maybe the reason being he cannot give enough chakra to his clones like naruto does and his chakra reserves aren't high enough to use jutsu's like susano'o. This could be why he never uses kage bushins.
