No that's not why. Orochimaru wants sasuke's body for the sharingan so he can learn every jutsu and become immortal.

Sasuke has had a uncomplete Sm since part 1.

Most likely because he supplemented himself with a bunch of other's abilities including Karin who is an uzumaki.

It was written on Ryuuchi cave : Weak Bodies not allowed.
SO Orochimaru never got any training from White Snake Sage. He was using Juugo's Senjutsu curse marks and that's how he reached the Ryuuchi cave but couldn't got to train for the sage techniques.
Sasuke learning Sage mode from Ryuuchi cave is a possibility though
