Physical Information
Patsuta is rather tall for his age, being 5'0" at the age of 12. He has short, light brown hair that isn't kept very well and hazel eyes. He wears a necklace given to him by his mother, and a dark blue fitted sweater/jacket with the Uzumaki symbol on the back. Underneath he wears a layer of standard ninja chain-link armor with a black shirt over it. He wears long pants that end above his ankles that are tucked in to bandages where the skin is shown. He wears blue ninja shoes.

Personality
Patsuta is intelligent and quick, able to think in dire situations and achieve fairly high scores during his Academy years. His intelligence was always overshadowed by his best friend Fukutsu Shimura. He is an ecstatic child, always ready to take on whatever challenge is presented to him, and very polite around very high ranking people. He tends to use the prefix -san or -senpai when speaking to an adult. He seems to have taking a liking to Naruto-sensei (His sensei), who he idols.

History
Patsuta's comes from a family of four. His father achieved Chuunin rank in the Village Hidden in the Sand, and his mother achieving Jounin in the Mist. They moved to the Hidden Leaf for a better family environment, gaining friends very early on, which happened to be Fukutsu Shimura's family. The two introduced Patsuta to ninjutsu, teaching them everything they knew about the wind and water release jutsu, two natures he inherited from his parents. His sister is currently attending the Ninja Academy. Patsuta met his best friend Fukutsu when they were very young, around the age of four. The two happened to be playing in the same playground when they met, instantly becoming friends, and rivals.
Patsuta passed his Academy, Genin, Chuunin, and Jounin Exams with flying colors. Being one of natural talent and intelligence, being a ninja has come easy to Patsuta. He has had tutelage from the great Naruto Uzumaki (FanFiction Information), and from various other important ninja of Konohagakure. Patsuta now is in need to reclaim his spot in his village, and join the ranks once again.
