could sasuke be a sage????

ok, now we know the 3 sannins were trained by sages

jiraiya at Mount Myoboku by the great toad sage

Orochimaru at Ryuchi Cave by the White Snake Sage

And Tsunade at Shikkotsu Forrest by Katsuyu

Now Orochi's body didn't last long enuff to become a sage, and I wasn't sure about Tsunade until she fought Madara and powered up like Jiraiya did when he fought Pain. but we know its possible to become a sage at Ryuchi Cave because Kabuto became one... so my question is this

could sasuke have went there too.. Reason i ask is because Itachi knew about the cave which has 2 possibilities

1. he prob found it b4 with his sharigan, (remember At one point in time he was wondering around like kabuto was)..

2. the location was know by the uchiha clan (which gets back to my theory that Madara and Orochi are in cahoots)

now if by chance sasuke did find it, either by sharingan or the clan records or something cus remember sasuke was wondering around for a while too..
then could He also be able to be a sage... or is he just using his sharingan to match naruto's strength because if he's not able to use sage mode then

1 hows he keeping up.. and 2 does that mean sasuke has another power up coming
