Notes: Sasuke is a rogue ninja so officially he is not a genin. I have decided that Meogi is better than Udon because I felt like it.

Skill is more important than power. Konohamaru beat the weakest pain by attacking him from behind. Hanabi was amazing at Taijutsu when she was seven

Even still, do you think she can beat Naraka? Aside from when she was seven, we haven't seen anything from her. She might as well be at the same place she was then, we don't know.

We do not that Konohamaru gained the Rasengan and is undoubtedly faster.

I was speaking in relative terms. Obviously a lot of power overcomes a little skill. Remember, we are still talking genin level ninja.
