Overall I'd say it would be a good time to redirect Sasuke's current mind set, but based on Kishi saying we will have a Narito vs Sasuke battle... It'll likely happen at that battle's conclusion.
Additionally, the footprints are closer to the shinobi's than Sasuke's for the simple fact that a multitude of them exist. During the Path Towards Radiance it initially shows a series of these footprints; however, it then begins showing a track of single footprints that end up being Sasuke. As we saw during the revelation of this, Sasuke was walking on his own trail: without alliance footprints. Which makes sense because the Alliance would be nowhere near Obito's hideout where he walked from.
Naruto may be trying to save Sasuke from his hatred and such, but that time will likely only come with their final battle as no time currently exists for him to talk it over with Sasuke... As they must beat Madara. Not to mention talk rarely does it between the two.

Well, Naruto just pulled the biggest TNJ ever, I don't think there is going to be a bigger on than Obito. Also, Sasuke seems to be very mellow these days. Any light that Naruto shines would just be anticlimatic.

Itachi doesn't carry Rikudou's will. Everything Itachi did was against Rikudou's beliefs.
But yea, this will be the difference between Naruto and Sasuke's final battle compared to Hashirama and Madara's. Sasuke will realize the truth and change for the good. UNLESS OF COURSE Kishimoto wants to make an sad ending with Sasuke's death. Because Sasuke's fight won't have anything to do with World peace atm. Unless , people decide to take sides between Naruto and Sasuke. And then the winner of the fight will decide the outcome of the world.

I already cleared the doubt in the post ..there was sasuke's footsteps along with alliance one..but my emphasis is on the sauske's one!
Itachi wanted the peace of konoha..Wanting peace was the main goal of S06p
Itachi destroyed the uchiha clan as they were a hinderance to the peace in konoha and he destroyed the clan.
Much similar to wat s06p did with juubi as juubi destroyed the peace of world!
