Once the Water Dome comes up (And it definitely will as Kisame can easily survive until he decides to use it) its over for him.

-Limited Mobility in the water compared to Kisamehada, he can easily and effortlessly evade all of this guy's attacks.

-Water washes off poison, though any IS can be evaded with ease in the Dome.

-Kisamehada is a sensor, can absorb anything he comes in contact with and Sasori uses chakra strings to control his puppet. If Kisame so much as swims in between Sasori and his puppet, the chakra string will be absorbed and he can promptly destroy the puppet and end Sasori.

If all else fails, which it won't, then GSB is fired off in the Water Dome and its GG for sure, as Sasori's core chakra and puppets strings will be absorbed, so he dies.

You forget though, the poison would not spread at a fast rate, and unbeknownst to Kisame, he would rush in. Sasori's poison would mainly be around him, and Sasori could always use the poison fog before Kisame hits him. It is not like the poison would spread around the whole dome in such a quick moment. It would take time.

Kisame would win if he can get Sasori underwater. Puppet users are some of the most difficult to fight imo especially Sasori. Kisame would have the numbers but he may get scratched. I say tie or Kisame wins, water dome + water sharks get the job done.

I guess Samehada can take care of those poisonous weapons of Sasori with very very low difficulty U_U

EDIT : Plus, Sasori himself isn't immune to his own poison. If he releases the poison inside the huge water bubble to kill Kisame, he himself won't be able to survive it. Also Samehada reacts itself to block the attacks.
