Hi there ,since we don't have a tier list for Naruto ...I would like to make one ..

First of all let me thank "Boa" & "Dino" (From OPB)for this Idea ....

Iam going to include EDO's like EDO Madara ,EDO Minato etc as well

If you disagree with a character's placement within the tier list, you can request to change it by following this pattern

I know that prv Kage's are featless but I put them in my list by assuming that they are atleast Kage level ,same goes for fathers of Legends of Narutoverse


Itama Senju : He died when he is about 12-15 Y old ,he must be a Chunin - Jounin level shinobi

Mito: Well she is an Uzumaki means that she is a sealing specialist & is a strong Shinobi like Kushina

Jin's : Based on what they did against Naruto in war

Fodders : based on thire ninja ranks

Well he don't have SM so he don't stand a chance against god tiers (Should think again about Sage's mom)& he is only a little stronger than Hashirama(IMO) so I don't think he is a god tire.....

Oro has 4 Hokages under his ET...
Kabuto have no one comparable to these Edos...(Madara has broken free from Kabuto's bound and ET itself)

And the requirements in order to gain entry into a certain bracket is non-existent.

Your example for why jiraiya should be placed into a certain tier was very poor and did nothing to explain why he should be there.

Why don't you try placing them accordingly by showcasing there actual abilities and feats ?

I also noticed you placed orochimaru twice.

Are you giving him two spots because your referring to a time and place when he did not have access to his chakra ?

It has already been established that nagato would of defeated both B and Naruto if itachi was not there yet you place him in a lower tier.

Bottom line:

The tiers themselves make no sense and the reasoning for placing ninja where are extremely noobish.

I do not see this becoming an official thread or lasting long at all and expect this to be filled with a bunch of one line post by wankers saying

Itachi because of totsuka or minato FTG>Anyone.

Nah I put him twice coz I have included Oro without EDO's as well as with EDO's...U know how people of NB thinks.. right..?

Naruto is nowhere near his full strength not even full powered KCM & I don't remember Bee fighting him using BM ....

BSM Naruto is stronger than Nagato & BM is debatable...Nagato is not stronger than current Naruto...
