Nope. It would be stupid for Madara to become mortal again, and I don't get why he doesnt see that. Obito no longer possesses the bijuu. His plan to be a Jinchuuriki is ruined. So he should stay dead, as currently he cant be killed.

It would be a plot twist, however there is no Gedo Mazou Statue to reseal the Nine Bijuus into in order to create Juubi so i dont see how Madara would he able to do it.

I hope not. I feel like so many people trying to make Oro the final villain that it'll be way too cliche and expected he actually ends up being it. It'll ruin the ending for me personally. I'd rather just let Madara be the last villain than that
