The fact that he is able to control it makes him very powerful, narutos chakra is better than sasukes.

Also Itachi planned on Sasuke taking his eyes after he let himself die.

You must be registered for see images

So he knew Sasuke would take them, and still let himself die with that in mind.

So EMS is a borrowed power.

So you're wrong.

Why can't the majority of the base learn to use a dictionary.

DEFine BORROWED!!! Just do it before replying to me. Please please please. You will feel much more enlightened before replying to me.

This is an instance where Itachi set up for Sasuke to use his power even though nothing went well with his plan. Itachi only failed in the end when Sasuke went with Tobi instead. Naruto was set up to control the Kyuubi as well from the start so yes in that aspect they are completely even. However borrowed please define it for yourself. Such a simple word....so misused it's sad.

Alright, how about I rephrase it;

EMS is not Sasuke's own power. EMS was a power given to Sasuke by Itachi.

Okay then. Not borrowed. STOLEN. Does that make you feel better? Sasuke doesn't borrow power, he steals it.

I still don't see how this makes naruto any weaker than he is.

It doesn't that's the point. The fanboy knows Naruto is stronger. He's trying to make up excuses for Sasuke.

Naruto is using a borrowed power up from the entity and life of Kurama. Kurama who is a live being dwelling inside Naruto and has one of the greatest powers in the manga.

Sasuke got his powers from implanting Itachi's eyes however it's not borrowed. Borrowing means that it belongs to someone else. Itachi is dead and Sasuke has taken his eyes for his own gain. Sasuke fights on his own and uses his own chakra to fight. Naruto uses the Kyuubi's chakra to utilize techniques and abilities outiside of sage mode. However it's not his own. The only part of Kyuubi that belongs to Naruto is KM.

Naruto always fights as two. You cannot deny this. It is simple fact. Deal with it.

Kurama didn't belonged to anyone...
Those eyes belonged to Itachi...

By your Logic, Sasuke is using borrowed power while Naruto isn't...

EMS was only achievable due to itachi, otherwise sasuke would be a blind emotional princess.

Sasuke borrowed,

-Curse mark
-Itachi's eyes
-Juugo's Senjutsu

No matter how hard you try, Naruto will always be > sasuke.

Itachi is dead. Itachi isn't taking his eyes back or feeding him chakra/info. Kurama is alive and feeding Naruto his chakra from the inside. Eventually Naruto will be back from another helping of Kuramas chakra as manga dictates. Simple logic.

Why does it even matter? Yes Kurama power is not Naruto's own, as in not in his genes, or whatever, but he still had to master it. Sasuke too had to master all his skills. But you can say that a character's power is not their own if they were born with superior genes/beneficial mutation/something. They still have to train to actually use all that. Naruto characters all train at least. I mean look at, say, Elizabeth in BioShock Infinite. She has all her powers and is a trans-dimensional being or something simply because her finger was split between dimensions. That is all. She didn't have to train/learn/work for being OP as she is. And that's not the only example of such things in fiction, I'm sure of it.

BTW, I'm neither a Naruto or Sasuke fan. I like them equally. I just don't get why people make such a big deal out of whether power is borrowed or not. Also, it' not like Naruto stole Kurama. And it wasn't always easy for him to live with it.

We can do it like this, everybody is using a stolen power since everything comes from god tree including doujutsu. Problem solved?
