This is not a typical VS discussion although you are all invited to give examples of how you think a clash between them would go down.
(This is also a fight in which naruto does not have kurama ,remember naruto is the one who will reunite and guide the beast so in the end he will no longer have kurama inside him,he is going to set him free to live his life out)
I just wanted to make note of the most important aspects they had and how they can come into play.
PSYCHICAL STRENGTH AND SPEED.
Naruto wins in this category thanks to his sage mode.
Sasuke is not slow but,he is not particularly fast.
REFLEXES
Sasukes shairingan gives him a precognitive sight so over time the sharingans ability to predict would gradgually increase his refelxes and reaction time.
Naruto in sage mode also has his reflexes increased.
VERSATILITY
Now the scenario proposed will explain why naruto winning out in the Strength and Speed department doesn't signify supperiorty and why it doesn't matter that sasuke is that psychically strong or fast.It will also showcase their versatility with the justu used in the scenario to give an example of there many uses.
Say sasuke has his suusano up.That Means he doesn't have to move around which means he can then focus on using his sharingan to track movements and chakra all the while naruto bum rushes him with shadow clones sasuke can use suusano's multiple arms and begin to destroy them.
BUT,this also doesn't mean naruto can't get close to him or land a hit on suusano Remember shadow clones retain all info back to the host so naruto automatically gains insight to what angles has failed analyzing the previous outcomes so he can reformulate his next plan ensuring that he will eventually find the clearing to hit his intended target. Basically naruto analyzes those spots and can plan where to send the next wave of clones,naruto can theoretically land a hit on suusano.
Now sasukes last ditch effort to defend himself in case naruto uses an odama resengan to pierce through once he finds an opening sasuke can use enton to shield his body.
Now let me show you the downside to that naruto can use his resen shuriken to make the flames expand and engulf the area which would force sasuke to quell the flames or put them out entirely or risked being consumed by them himself.
Remember naruto can launch it he does not have to be right in the vicinity so he doesn't have to get caught in the eruption.
Now that was just two scenarios in which both can continuously counter and switch the advantage around
Now for some more straight forwards things like
BASICS
Resengan <> Chidori: One will only beat the other if the other puts more chakra into it so they come to a draw naturally.
Resenshuriken > Chidori
Enton > Resenshuriken
MORE VERSATILITY
Now that i explained the basics of that and showcased a moment where the resenshuriken colliding with enton can actually be of use to naruto let me explain how a chidori in certain circumstances can best the resengan.
Sasuke has mastered shape manipulation as well.He can use chidori nagashi and have his chidori shoot out in a narrow path.
A resengan needs to be handled and cannot be thrown sasuke's could easily extend it to attack naruto's feet or target the arm in which naruto has his resengan either hitting naruto or forcing naruto to stop coming after sasuke and immediately have his resengan clash with the chidori in order to evade being struck by it.
Or naruto can use his sage mode reflexes and speed to dodge it then all sasuke would have to do is pull up enton and naruto would have to back up again anyway.
So as you can see both can counter each other and both can make use of justu that would normally lose out to the others justu if placed in the right context and scenario through versatility.
I know these are not all the justu sasuke has these are just the ones that matter the most as the battle between the two would mainly consist of the justu and i wanted to show that the match will no doubt be a series of one-upmanships
