1. Well Itachi said (if i'm not wrong) that if he fights jiraiya, he will probably die. The J-man said that the 4th is stronger than him (if i'm not wrong again), so 4th > Itachi.

But...

2. They all say that the next generation surpasses the previous one. That means Itachi > 4th


Sooo... 1+2 => Draw

(it's late so don't take my arguments too serious )

Itachi and the 4th (even that we haven't seen him much) are my most favourite char-s. It would be an interesting fight.

plus why do you guys think kishimoto killed off 4th?.....why? ill tell you why. because if the 4th was still alive, akatsuki would be gone and there would be no naruto series. PROVE ME WRONG, other than "uuhh akatsuki would team up on him", because for one he could probably handle 2-3 akatsuki at a time, and he wouldn't fight all of akatsuki alone. that would just be stupid

Taking into consideration that the new generation are to surpass the old ones. That time doesn't come to everyone. Madara was b4 the fourth's time and he is stronger than just about everyone right now/ accept maybe pain. No one else has surpassed him as far as we know. I believe the same to be true with Minato. I don't believe anyone has surpassed him as of yet either out of the new generation so I believe he would win.

He not only created the rasengan but taught it to his Master. Dats right. He taught his Master who was Jiraiya no less.

i recon that when the byakugan is activated in a fight against the sharingan i think that the sharingan is called out because of the byakugan.....
