First of all that's pretty much impossible cuz performing that seal you have to first offer your own soul or i say you have to bind your soul to the death god and after that anything happens and what i believe that those paths are pretty much soul-less, they are just killing puppets working on behalf of Nagato, So that jutsu can't be performed by any of them but it just my thinking

Kushina has a better chance of surviving RDS more than Nagato can anyway.

he can't use it with paths...! paths can only use 1 jutsu and that is rinnegan jutsu...! otherwise all non-rinnegan users would have been using paths to spam their jutsus and remain safe....!

he doesnt need it. one of his paths can already seal souls. all he needs to do isz lear fuinjutsu then he has the full functionality of RDS without any of the risks
