It's true....although she was pretty cool. Maybe she unlocked them....Madara and Izuna did, I believe Uchiha were a lot more familiar with how the sharingan worked back then. So they unlocked MS more often....but tbh irdk.

I think it's funny that Kishi chose now to try and show a female Uchiha, a Uchiha who is said by Lord Itachi (via flashback) to have created one of the greatest visual Jutsu.

There is nothing that indicates Uchiha women cannot procure the Sharingan. Kishi simply uses males only.
