Loneliness was my poison
You became my medicine
I'm glad you're genuine
I got addicted to you cuz you're my heroine
Your voice gives me adrenaline
It might be tough for you to believe
But I'd die if you leave
Cuz I've been at the bottom
And I've felt rotten
But thanks to you, that feeling's forgotten
Like these words that I'm jotting
You help with the sickness stopping
And depression is an illness
I hope you know I'm still in this
This isn't heartbreak cuz it was mended
The second you said you meant it
And to you it had meaning
Cuz that's what I hope for when I'm dreaming
So no crying, or screaming
Stop the tears my dear
There's nothing for you to fear
