I'm not really sure but it seems like Naruto is creating a Rasen Shuriken without entering in SM. I don't see kyuubi chakra cloak either...

Just remember the last time he used it in kakuzu battle.

I created this thread thinking in the battle vs kakuzu... it seems that naruto is creating this with his own chakra. He did this in the past and he almost lost his arm.

cant really see his eyes here so who knows might of entered SM before starting but didnt it only hurt his arm when he hit someone with it and it cut him, and if he can throw it with out SM as was pointed out to me in an earlier thread that he can then there shouldnt be any damage either way.

Remember A portion of Naruto's chakra held Kurama at bay. That's why when he was low on chakra he could pull on Kurama. Naruto's chakra is big and with Kurama replenishing his chakra Naruto base mode is almost infinite.

Anyways, this is not going to affect naruto at all as he can just enter bijju mode and regenerate his arm just like how he did it earlier.

He can create it easy on his own, the damage he done to his arm was because he rammed it into Kakuzu, not creating it. Hense he learnt to throw it at an enemy instead of ramming, bloody idiots

I bet that Naruto has gotten pretty great at his chakra control, to the point that he can make it bigger and probably throw it, though we didn't get a scan of it

I think it's more like now that him and kurama are friendly, and partners rather that him just being the beast inside him, he can now freely control his chakra rather than before when it was being held back by kurama. So basically now that kurama is not interfering, he has the ability to control his chakra with much better precision.
