His kamui is basically amaterasu = death at focal point. Ama alone doesnt make it top 5 and unlike sasuke or itachi, kakashi has nothing else compared to top dogs.

His Kamui is much faster than Amaterasu, that much is obvious. So fast a sharingan+rinnegan user couldn't see it happened and he was looking directly at it.

Did rinnegan + sensor user see amaterasu coming?
Obito always knew it was coming except last one when he wanted little chat with kakashi.
I dont find it faster then amaterasu, description for both is the same.
