Hanzo and Shisui's rank?

What would you rank these guys in their prime?

Hanzo soloed the Sannin back then, and was said to be one of the strongest ninja of his time by Jiraiya and Jiraiya expressed his disbelief that he lost. Wasn't his time during the Third Raikage's, Yagura's, Onoki's, Hiruzen's, and the 4th Kazekage's time? If this is the case, I rank him as High Kage


Shisui had KA which is extremely powerful. I'd put him as Mid-High Kage.

Are we doing this in VS style format of overall... like in the Naruto universe? KA is a pretty difficult topic to mingle with in vs threads but in the actual manga it should still take him about 10 years per eye (which doesn't make it AS useful).

He has one overpowered jutsu he can use once every 10 Years and based on his title he is very skilled at shunshin no jutsu. Thats about it really.

Hanzo is most likely High kage judging by how he is hyped.

As for shisui, he lacks feats and hype to make it to kage level.

Danzo was strong enough to take Shisui's eye, I think that really says something about Shisui and about how strong he was. Danzo was definitely kage level so its safe to say Shisui was at least somewhere in that ballpark. And then there's Hanzo who took on Jir/Oro/Tsu on at the same time. I'd personally put Hanzo a notch or two above Shisui, because I say its safe to say the three sannin are more powerful than Danzo alone.

About the ranks, they're both above Kage level.
