Alrighty then, here it goes; what would happen if Sasuke were lookinh deep into hos own eyes in the mirror and activated a strong based genjutsu? Would there be an infinite loop of genjutsu resulting in a suicide or would Sasukes body resist the genjutsu because of immunity?

Or what if Itach did the exact same thing, but in this case Itachi would activate the Tsukuyomi on himself?

It wouldn't make sense for him to put himself in genjutsu because he would be disturbing his own chakra, which is how genjutsu works yet it's the same way he could be breaking out.

yet against kabuto they worked on each other fine even if it didn't last also i think it requires direct eye contact and putting chakra into the target i doubt putting your own chakra into your system would disrupt it. although they might be able to use hypnosis on themselves this way

Not really, thought of this a while back and in theory Sasuke could put himself in tsukuyomi and train using its extended time. No harm cuz. He can break out of genjutsu even stronger than his so of course he can break his own.

Genjutsu user controls the victim. Means Sasuke controlling Sasuke and Itachi controlling Itachi.
So the Genjutsu won't last for a second.

Also your thread made me think of a movie in which a man got the abilities from god to Stop and Move anyone who hears or sees him say Stop or Move. He robs banks and do lots of crimes because he thought of himself as unstoppable.
And with this arrogance, one day he talks about how he can rule the world by saying Stop, unfortunately he was standing infront of the mirror and stood in the position forever and never moved then.
