Can senju dna produce chakra

Just wondering wether senju dna itself absorbs nature chakra or does it produce the chakra itself. Hashi cells seem to enhance jutsus could that be because they produce or naturally absorb chakra. Example why hasi wa s intune with wood and a master sage, could have been the second man to acheive sage after so6p.Did his body produce chakra or absorb it at all times sort of unconciously.

Senju's have yang chakra; now whether yang is the same as nature, is unknown to me.
Actually you're right, nature chakra is the chakra of the 10 tails which has the same mokuton body as Hashirama meaning that nature chakra is the same as yang chakra.

It inhibits the powerful psychical energy (Yang) of Hashirama senju which equates to his powerful vitality which obito has showcased through obito by not having to consume food or water,incredible stamina (Being able to fight for days straight) and being able to survive the extraction process of the tailed beast which only uzumaki can do since they have a powerful vitality not even seen in senju (Although hashirama himself is the exception to this case)

psychical energy (Yang) and spiritual energy (Yin) is what is molded together to form chakra.

Yang & Yin is energy of the body.

Nature energy is energy of nature.
