If Obito didn't turn evil and returned back to Konoha , he would have been a lot and i mean a lot more powerful.

Minato would have taught him FTG and Rasengan.
Jiraiya would have taught him SM.
He would have copied Raikiri from Kakashi.


Just imagine Obito with Kamui , FTG ,Rasengan , Raikiri and SM.
He would be devastating.

And that only Obito with one eye.

I don't think so because only Minato and Tobirama have it , so it would make no sense for Obito to have it . + FTG doesn't fit him , Rasengan too . He needs something "evil" like Kamui .
