Current Naruto has SM without the Kyuubi. So, yes. Naruto takes this neg diff. Besides, other than a little increase in her already superhuman strength and increased healing capabilities, I don't think she has shown much feats to be on Tsunade's level, other than some bragging from her part. Plus, his abnormal chakra reserve is something he inherited from his Uzumaki lineage. It was also because of this that he was chosen to be the jinchuuriki, among other factors. He can probably do his multi shadow clone without Kyuubi chakra. And with natural energy and rasenshuriken, its literally suicide for Sakura.

Naruto in base is stronger than Sakura. He can make an army of clones each using Odama Rasengan or like he showed this chapter, make a giant Rasenshuriken, and Rasenshuriken is something that you can't heal from.

Naruto still holds better sensorial abilities with his Sage Mode, and he is way more battlesmart.

Now, if we talk about the ability to decide, Sakura wins, since she is booksmart. Sakura holds a strength that equals Naruto's Sage Mode, thanks to the Byakugou (at least I think these two hold the same strength, Sakura might be stronger in that state).

Both have pros and counters.
