I find it ironic that katsuyu is being restricted when the Kyuubi is supposed to be restricted and Katsuyu should be unrestricted. Atleast to make it somewhat fairer.

Sure, but what can that jutsu do? How it is working? Is it easy to break it or not? So this genjutsu is featless.

Without Kyuubi while Tsunade is unrestricted of her Katsuyu? I doubt it. She tanks all his attacks with byakugo. One punch has the all the means to kill him. Katsuyu can heal Tsunade, take her out of genjutsu, and spit acid which may be a problem for Madara (or at least a distraction). All madara can do is shoot out weaker Katon's which not only can she evade, but tank.

Sure couldn't dodge her punch.. "superior taijutsu" since when? . The fact he was cut in half by someone's taijutsu shows his inferiority. Her taijutsu > Madara.

Tsunade should win quite easily,assuming she can counter his genjutsus with her great chakra control.
The only factor which could pose a threat to the Hokage is Madara's speed.

Inferior Taijutsu? Not a chance in hell. He can cut her in half, she regenerates. Tsuande punches him, he dies. Tsunade replicates

and Madara is done for. Note that the tiny specs in the explosion are mini-Juubi's, which were bigger than the shinobi's in size. Tsunade broke through ribcage Susano, she can break into any gunbai shield he puts up. Tsunade ultimately wins in the restrictions I told you of.

This Genjutsu has feats, as it was used by the exact same way by Sasuke, who paralyzed Shee to a point he couldn't move after the Genjutsu was released and controlled a Kumo Nin and Zetsu, to gain information. Ay was also paralyzed and couldn't move until Oonoki released it.

Another Genjutsu Madara used with 3 Tomoe, to disable a Ninja.

Uchiha are known for using strong Genjutsu, whether on an illusionary or paralyzing way.

Anyway, the reason I think Madara wins is because of his war fan:

It reflects attacks. If anything, it's a powerful shield against Tsunade, since it's able to tank Tailed Beast Rasengan. Plus he has his scythe. It's an effective sword and shield against Tsunade.

Works as paralysis.

I see no reason why he can't outlast her, but Tsunade can one shot punch him if she gets the chance, which is why this fight is a match. I just don't see it happening.
