It filled a whole room in a second. It isn't a short ranged technique. Tobirama has no chance of winning this. He is faster than Mei, but basically that's all. Mei is a more versatile fighter with stronger techniques.

Yeah, a whole room is short range. It's not been shown to go further than a room. The jutsu creates a mist and thus shouldn't be affected by walls because it's a gas, and yet it didn't escape that room. Also, Edo Tensei ninja won't be affected by Komu no Jutsu.

Edit - nvm, it appears it is affected by walls. Anyway, that jutsu is in no way instant and so Tobirama can easily escape it.

Unless Mei is constantly pouring chakra into the jutsu, it's going to be weakened. That also leaves her vulnerable from several different attacks, if kage bunshins are present at the time. If she's not pouring chakra into it, the mist will get thinner as it spreads. Thus it will get weaker.

Yup. Tobirama is just going to stand there and let the mist engulf him when he is able to evade it with ease. Tobirama isn't overrated, Mei's futton is.

Nothing Mei has is hitting Tobirama, especially if he has clones out, and it only takes one tag to end the match and tagging her will not be a problem.

No one said her futton would be useless. I said her futton will not be as effective as it spreads out, unless she's pouring chakra into to it, so the mist doesn't get too thin. Still something like that can be evaded with ease, just like all of her other jutsu, by Tobirama.

No it doesn't. For one, she won't watch him summon his edo and then proceed to do Gojou Kibakufadu. Second of all, she ends the fight before he does it anyways (not that he will summon eco at the beginning of the match anyways).

Probably because his Susano needed time to begin decomposing? What does amateratsu have to do with anything? She has already shown her Futton is highly acidic. She can adjust the pH levels, meaning she could make it even more acidic by increasing the concentration of dissolved substances in the acid. This easily kills off anyone without a shielding around them. An unguarded shinobi will have his eyes melted within a matter of milliseconds against such a low pH, since enzymes easily catalyse the eyes and any proteins. Conclusion, Tobirama melts all together. He can FTG away, but that mark is covered by lava now isn't it?

You didn't comprehend what I was implying. I meant she directly puts the lava on the FTG Mark, so that once he FTG's to it, he is already being affected by the Lava's harmful effects. She has already shown she can fire decently sized blobs at high speed [

].I never claimed it would be destroyed, it simply would prevent Tobirama from teleporting to it. The radius isn't great. Saying he fully avoid the lava blobs radius is absurd. We don't know the extent of the FTG radius anyways.
