I don't blame Obito for anything he did. The Villages have done nothing but spread terrorism through out the world, at times against their own people as well - mist Village's bloody chunin exams, Onoki's exploits, and Konoha's treachery would just be a few. Why is it wrong to persecute them all together? There will be no peace as long as these villages exist. Naruto's solution is nether practical or mature. Kishimoto might end it in a classic fairy tale manner but even Brothers' Grim stories were not that classic.

Anyhow, I don't see how Sasuke should be tried for anything, when the heads in Konoha - bar Tsunade and Minato - have done nothing but escalate matters within and outside village. If Sasuke brought genocide to their door-step, then it was a fitting poetic justice they truly deserved. How remorseful that he changed his mind. I don't think Sasuke would be tried for anything when someone as maniacal as Gaara is such an 'Angelic and pure child'. It's funny, but Sasuke's crime are far less in comparison. He also killed two Akatsuki members. He should be a hero world-over.
