Soo no one else thinks it weird his arm hasn't regenerated yet? Obito isnt the Juubi host anymore so he should be regenerating by now and not to mention that Orochimaru could regenerate his arm back as well.

well orochimaru he using edo tensie is a possibility

but u see the main reason according to me as to why minato's arm is not regenerating is bzoc of obtio's omyudon or something it nullifies the effect of ninjutsu

hence once it acts on a nijutsu it's effect is nullified

the reason as to why u feel diff in this case is usually ninjutsu occurs ofr a small time hence all other jutsu nullified have ceased to exist but edo tensie is different and minato's case is further an exeption as only an arm got affected

Well manga proves this wrong, Sage created bijuus but they didn't disappeared after sage died..
