Hi, guys! It's been almost been a month since i've last appeared on base. I wanted to talk about the past chapter releases and this week's release. I was very disappointed that Kishimoto needs to make someone stop somebody from killing an enemy. I understand the power of friendship is important, but it's taking the entire purpose of the war. I thought "death" was imminent during a war between allies and enemies? I guess i was wrong. This is a Shonen manga so i can understand why Kishimoto emphasizes on the "friendship" concept. However, Kishimoto has ruined the manga after the "Kage Summit Arc."
With that being said, I'm not saying the war didn't have its moment of suspense. I just know that Kishimoto can create better ideas. The war could of easily been the best arc if Kishimoto put the pieces together in a more creative way. You know how it goes with the ideas: Naruto vs Sasuke, Obito and Kabuto's partnership, and Edo's vs Alliance, and also Madara. I feel the material is being rushed and it makes the past manga releases really bland. Unfortunately, Naruto has been my favorite manga since i was young. I want to stay as a viewer since we are nearing the end of the manga.
This chapter was better than last week's release. I thought i was going to hear another seminar about Naruto talking about his hardships and how friendship is important. Thank god, Kishi! This is something that i have to applaud our writer. I was skeptical since the past few chapters didn't really impress me. Now what i found very interesting is that Sasuke was charging towards Obito with his Kusanagi blade. I had made a few predictions about Sasuke's next move after Obito was weakened. To my surprise, I was right! Sasuke was going to strike Obito and kill him. Now this is the part that irritated me the most. Why did Kakashi needed to make an appearance? I would of been fine if Kakashi would of appeared afterwards. Frankly, Kakashi was going to kill Obito just as Sasuke. Now guess who steps in? That's right, Minato! I mean c'mon this is looking like a scripted scene from an opera series.
My biggest reason for being so irate is because Sasuke had the chance for a potential build-up as a character. Some of you might call it to early since Madara is still present and some of you might agree with me. My point is that i don't want a Nakama final battle between Naruto and Sasuke. I want a real fight where blood is dripping from their bodies. I want a chidori attack from Sasuke to stab Naruto. Heck, Naruto can blast Sasuke with his Rasengan and send Sasuke flying through a rock. I don't care, lol! My point is that Sasuke isn't completely on the good side. At this point, Sasuke is neutral. However, Sasuke should be evil for one last time to carry some relevance to the final battle. I know that Sasuke killing Obito right on the spot would of been great character development.
The reason is for the fact that Naruto might see that Sasuke still has some lingering hatred within him. The part that would be so upsetting is that Hashi's TNJ Sasuke into becoming a good guy. I would not find it that appealing for a complex character such as Sasuke. Tell me if this scene was a great opportunity for Sasuke to develop more into a villain or add some intensity to the "Naruto vs Sasuke" fight. Please comment below, thanks.
