Yes and here's why. Orochimaru now has Senju Dna, Kabuto did not. Orochimaru's chakra and body is more powerful than Kabuto's therefore he should be able to, there is no suggestion that makes me think Madara could break Orochimaru's control.

Also Madara didn't break control he prevented himself from being release. Remember Kabuto was letting Madara do what he wanted.

Just like he can't fully control Hashirama, he wouldn't be able to control Madara either.

But Orochimaru has allowed Hashirama, along with the other hokage to retain their personalities. If he used the same kunai that he did when he first summoned him, he can control him but his personality will be completely wiped. So this leads me to belive that orochimaru could control madara if he uses the kunai that was used back in part I.

No. The way I see it, Madara was Kabuto's ET summoning, not Orochimaru's. Kabuto's ET has been dispelled, so Orochimaru cannot do anything about that.

As for the Itachi thing, some of you have it wrong. Itachi didn't necessarily break the contract of ET while he was fighting Kabuto, he just overrode it with a genjutsu, Kotoamatsukami. If Itachi were to dispel the ET (which we all know he did) then he would disappear (which he did).

Itachi didn't break the contract, he broke out of control. Madara did the handseal and everything. Break contract =/= break out of control
