Let's get real for a moment, he's a casual planet buster. His speed surpasses Burter who is beyond FTL levels. AND, on top of all that. He can change bodies between his opponent and evens crew them over by crippling his own form.

I don't see what being could honestly take him out, without plots aid. SuperMan? The second he starts to win, BODY CHANGE. Super Man doesn't know what it is and decides to tank it. Now, Ginyu is Motha Fukkin Super Man! he uses lazer beams from his eyes to kill his old body/Clark Kent and flies off into the Sun to gain more energy.

Seriousoly, he could do this to so many people. Goku, Bills, Frieza, SuperMan, Green Lantern. The list goes on! Toryirama made a huge error by making him, and he corrected this mistake by using some frog gimmick to erase his character an hope we didn't notice how strong he was.

It's PURE PLOT that Ginyu was even created clown. Body change wouldn't do much on GL because Ginyu's will is too weak to control the ring and on top of that Batman beats him(even if he's already in Superman's body)

Naah he was going to be defeated either way frog or not. Even if he took Vegeta's body, he would've been killed by Gohan/Krillen. They can then use the dragon balls to revive Goku with his body back to him.
