Itachi's Genjutsu including Tskuyomi are useless against Sasuke. Sasuke could already see through all his genjutsu with a 3 tomoe. Itachi said it himself only a Uchiha with the same blood as me can break through Tskuyomi. Sasuke has EMS which is a level above Itachi's and shares the same blood. Itachi will simply waste his chakra with this move

Itachi's Susanoo with Totsuka cannot pierce Sasukes Susanoo. Some Itachi fans think Totsuka Blade has no physical form which is completely false. Databook fact:

"Liquid spilling from the gourd turns into the Kusanagi Blade".

We've also seen Kusanagi cut down the 3 headed hydra because it's physical.

The weapon without physical form is Yata Mirror.
Totsuka blade doesn't have the physical feats to break through something like Complete or Perfect Susanoo. It only seems as strong as a normal Susanoo sword.

In the end Itachi won't have the stamina to fight Sasuke who can spam his MS powers regularly. Itachi will have to use his MS powers from the start to battle Sasuke. Something he can't do with bad stamina. Itachi loses mid difficulty.

Even if it could it acts as a normal sword. Sasuke can simply deflect it with his own sword or better yet just use his legs to dodge it. Totsuka is not a viable counter for Sasukes susanoo.

Tsukuyomi happens in a mere moment in the real world. When Sasuke and Itachi fought Sasuke actually broke out of it in a mere moment but only seemed like seconds because of the illusion. Once Itachi uses Tsukuyomi it takes a toll on his body so him doing anything after is impossible. He would need to recoop.

Brains matter in any fight but Sasuke is not dum and can easily exploit Itachi's weakness with his arsenal.

Yea....sasuke counters all itachi techs and so does itachi counter sasukes so it comes down to totsuka and yata.
