Restrictions:
1. Talking about Pain here and not Nagato.
2. Kabuto can't use Edo tensei.
3. Kabuto doesn't start in SM.
Who wins??
I would like to go with,
DSM Kabuto in scenario 1, and Pain in scenario 2.:yeah:

You are underestimating Pain here. In scenario 2, I doubt whether DSM Kabuto will be able to counter Pain's techs. DSM of Kabuto was effective against Itachi and Sasuke because Kabuto had location advantage, I took that away so I doubt it highly.:yeah:

The only ST wreaking location is the one that needs to shut down all the other path bodies, which is dumb for Pein to do here.

Having six bodies means nothing. Sound genjutsu meets specific requirements to break out. Nothing benefits them if all of them are caught.

so you are saying to wreck a cave pain needs konoha scale ST???? sound genjutsu isn't instant either.. it takes time even prep time...! and six paths of pain won't just stand around doing nothing...! i just said numbers matter dude...! pain didn't knew if jiraya can use genjutsu and that was the strongest sound genjutsu and if jiraya couldn't put all pains in genjutsu, you are expecting a puny dragon to do so???? as you saw uchiha bros survived genjutsu by genjutsu.. so can't pains do the same to each other??? they all have rinnegan... just saying....!

No what am saying is that base ST is not enough for Deva Path. He hasn't shown such scale to break a whole cave. Plus its every 5 secs, which Kabuto can reanimate.

Kabuto effects maybe lighter then Ma and Pa's Sound genjutsu, but its much much more faster to take effect. Yet its still powered by Senjutsu.

Jiraya pull all the Peins in the genjutsu that were present.<---.. Having 6 pains present would of done the same.
