She's not healing them, she's fighting them. Lol different concept. She doesn't need their chakra to split our spit acid.

Besides if it's the full size Katsuyu then she could easily stomp them both. Can't imagine the amount of acid she could shoot out. But lets not argue this, she's there summoning after all.

she can split and spit acid and melt tsunade without assistance

I'm pretty sure only katsuyu's healing power is dependent on the byakugou seals, Not her ability to split/spit acid and so on.

As for the medical ninjutsu argument, I Hardly see how medical ninjutsu is going to harm her.
