Ok, So up to 12 years old she knows how to use medical ninjutsu, but as far as we know thats the end of her life span. do we have any real specifics on what exactly the extent of her healing ability is?

Sakura was able to match Ino by using her intelligence to her advantage (Ino had an intelligence of like 2, or 2.5) . Sadly however Rin's intelligence is >= Sakura.

Lol, dont do it Erin, they can be equal but I will give Rin the medical Knowledge, but dont get to happy because Sakura was pretty crafty.
But Idk, I still thing they both are equal but and should they fight it will be a tie, Rin can heal but that its. Sakura was pretty badass in a funny way in part 1, she spammed substitution jutsu and used weapons with the sound 4, she enhanced she speed, and possible strength with ino, and she was smart, so she wasn't that bad, she was like a normal ninja without flashy powers.

OT: I know PArt 1 Sakura didn't do this but I throw this out, Sakura learned and master medical ninjutsu in a short period of time, surpassed Kabuto, and now rival Tsunade.

Both are normal ninja.

Sakura could have learn the healing jutsu if she was taught it, her jutsu mastery feats suggest such. Ino had higher stamina, taijutsu, and speed, and ninjutsu lol. And Rin ninjutsu feat is the mystical palm. Lol it's an even match for them.

I still see Ino as more useful in a larger variety of situations personally, if you know how to use her abilities right. Plus I just really like her character. If we're actually talking team-building then yeah Sakura's a good addition balance to any team. Also surpassed Kabuto? That's yet to be proven. Shizune was shown to be below Kabuto.

Tsunade is half Uzumaki ( Naruto's clan ) .....don't compare Tsunade to Sakura .
