How exactly is juubi sized katons a factor here? It tanked effortlessly by sasuke's mini PS.

Well that was an edo madara feat, the fact that obito was able to match it tells me that such a size would be impossible without the addition of hashirama's dna (imo).

Amaterasu will hit him before he can perform a Katon. Even if he doesn't manage to preform it beforehand, MS Sasuke could already produce a Bijuu sized Amaterasu. He can counter the Katon with Amaterasu or Enton if needed.

lol, no Susanoo means he has no proper defense for Amaterasu, he gets lit on fire.

Enton>Katon.

Sasuke's summoning also let him take on Katon using them as shields, only for them to shed their skin afterward.

Sasuke wins with ease.

Sasuke wins low diff. Madara has no defense against Amaterasu. The main aspect of Madara's arsenal is Susano'o. His giant Katon are countered with Enton, or Sasuke could use his snakes as meat shields. Without Susano'o, Madara's going to have difficulty fighting Aoda as well, and Sasuke will break any genjutsu Madara puts on Aoda.
