1. Staying away from seals... I mean if you aren't by them, he can't teleport to you.

2. Destroying seals... All it takes is to destroy the seal marking and its unable to be used. Similarly to Hidan's cult circle.

3. Employing measures that take too much chakra: Everyone has a chakra limit... So by forcing multitudes of teleports, or causing him to teleport something too big too Manu times, one is out of chakra before they know it.

4. Stay away from his chakra. He can teleport to that shit

Even if you realize the location of the seal. You would not be able to cancel it........ It also has no time limit hence the way he teleported to obito. For minato who is more efficient in FTG he doesnt really have a time limit or amount of usage. FTG also barley takes any chakra in minato's case. Once the seal is made/done it would be extremely hard to take it of/remove it especially is battle (especially especially when facing some one who is regarded as the fastest man in Naruto) And since this is the anime, people/character don't use normal easy means, such as ripping tge piece of cloths of.
