Itachi should be the victor here. Jiraiya isn't something special; Either one of these two should be capable of putting him down rather quickly and then it comes down to Itachi versus Kirābī which is a battle Itachi would be a victor in due to the Amaterasu and Totsuka no Tsurugi. Tsukuyomi could potentially end Bī here as well.​

Incorrect. Jiraiya himself does not possess the counter to Amaterasu, even in Sennin Mōdo. You need to possess the speed that rivals Ay in his V2 cloak which allowed him to evade Amaterasu. Jiraiya himself does not possess such speed. As for the sealing Amaterasu argument; That is not an option. As soon as Amaterasu hits Jiraiya, he will be in pain that will throw him off his feet just like in both Bī's and Obito's case. The pain wouldn't allow him to actually try and seal the Amaterasu.

Bī could evade the Totsuka no Tsurugi in his V2 state, but eventually in order to actually keep up with Itachi, he would need to enter his Bijū Mode which would make him an easy target for either Totsuka or the Amaterasu. The Bijūdama need to be charged up first before Bī would be capable of using them so a simple Amaterasu would end him before he even thinks of finishing the Bijūdama, and even if he does indeed by some miracle manage to release some, the Yata no Kagami would most likely repel them.

Neither Gyūki nor the Toad Sages [Ma and Pa] would be capable of breaking them out of Tsukuyomi seeing as how Tsukuyomi can only be broken by an Uchiha.​

Are you forgetting Itachi's Poor Stamina, Killer Bee doesn't need to be Full Bijuu to keep up with Itachi, he has already proven to overwhelm itachi in power and speed in B's base so version 2 will be Itachi's down fall without Susanoo and all Killer Bee needs to do is wait Itachi can't keep Susanoo for to long unlike killer bee who can keep his forms up for a very long time, Continuous Bijuu Dama has a very short charge up time, it took as long as Amaterasu usually takes (about like 2 pics in the manga), I think you are overestimating Itachi's Tsukuyomi if only an Uchiha can break it that means he can beat the likes of BSM Naruto or SM Hashirama since they are not Uchiha even though they have ways of breaking it, well jiraiya's sm speed is debatable since he is really fast in that mode

When he was alive he was sick. You should change it to healthy Itachi to make it a little more fair on his part.

But we don't know his stamina level with or without sickness, and his stamina is the main turning point in his battles but i guess i will add healthy next to alive i guess but his stamina will still not be the greatest though

I didn't state it would be. Healthy Itachi is still below Jiraiya and Bee chakra levels. But he wouldn't be half blind nor would he be coughing the entire match.

Good point, Healthy Itachi it is but i still think SM Jiraiya & Killer Bee are stronger
