Minato really disappointed me :(

I always thought that minato is strongest hokage ..
He was overhyped by many characters such as itachi, hiruzen , jiraya and kakashi ..
If we ignore the overhyped and focus on his feats then we can see the truth .

minato's fights!




1) When I look at his fights, he failed to amuse me ..

2) He only managed to defeat a 14 years old obito and die after that .

3) He was trolled so hard in war arc and now he only has 1 arm ?!

minato's jutsu

1) They are not a unique jutsu since most of characters know how to perform rasinghan ..

2) the FTG was invented by tobirama and even genma my favourite knows how to use this jutsu ..

I am really disappointed about yondaime hokage and now I start to think that he's overrated ?

1) Jiraya gave this title to minato and jiraya is the one who deserve to be the hokage .

2) Minato is powerful shinobi and his level of power is high expert jounin but not a hokage because I can't see that minato can beat kakashi neither gai in 1vs1 fight .

Ok dumbass can you explain about following feats below

1.How could the world survive the biggest TBB by Jubbii that minato simply teleported to otherplace.
2.How would you describe Minato saving both Naruto and sasuke from instant blitz by Jubito ??
3.How do u explain the significance of Minato saving the entire army traped inside obito barrier and 6-8 TBB produced by Jubito tree ???
4.How do you explain minato helping tobirama to destroy the JUbito haxed sphere defense?
5.How do you explain minato sliting the throat of jubito in an instant when non of the peoples were even able to touch him.

Minato was and is still completely overrated.

He has never been the strongest hokage in any way.

The only thing that disappointed me about Minato is that Kishi gave him Bijuu Mode. I don't think it suits him well and he's just feeding the fanboys even more by doing that!

let's review what he did in this war.

1- Saved the whole allaince from the Juubi's TBB.
2- Tobirama admitted that Minato's FTG > his own
3- Tobirama again praised his speed on his feats, because he made everything ready for the Hokages to use the barrier
4- He attacked obito and therefore stopped Madara from reviving himself.
5- he saved Naruto & Sasuke from obito.
6- he preformed his jutsu with Tobirama so Naruto and Sasuke can attack obito
7- he saved the allaince again from the 4 Tbbs.
8- he made the chakra arms so the allaince can pull the Bijuus out of obito
9- Tobirama admitted that he can't teleport as much of people as Minato
10- he also admitted that he can only teleport 1 of the TBBs, but Minato can do more

he is the ONLY Hokage who was NOT fodderized by obito.
1- obito torn Tobirama in half
2- obito destroyed half of Hiruzen body
3- obito blew Hashi and Madara up

yet he only was able to cut ONE of Minato's arm only. Also, there is still unseen jutsu of his.
Minato is the ONLY edo that kishi damaged him and did not allowed him to get his arm back, the ONLY ONE.
that's saying something I suppose. Zzz

Lol That's all I have to say about some responses. Minato, just like Hizuren, never lived up to his repute. Kishimoto knew that he wouldn't be able to put out anything at all on the battle-field, hence, he completely bent his own Death-God-Seal mechanics which he showed explicitly through Hizuren and Orochimaru encounter, and Jinchuriki mechanics to make this guy even seem relevant. This manga has hit rock-bottom in terms of consistency because of characters like Minato. In fact, he's on the forefront of what's what with this manga in terms of plot coherence and consistency.

As far as him being the strongest Hokage, then Minato was never the first choice. It was, canonically, Orochimaru. I bet if one uses his/hers head right, then he/she would notice that Jiyraiya followed the Sage's prophecy in hopes of finding the 'Child of Destiny / Prophecy' and 'book writing' and obviously left the village, declining Hizuren's offer. Tsunade must have been the third, but after Dan's death, she must have left as well, which would be some time before Orocimaru was found out or she simply declined altogether, losing faith in ninja system. Where does this 'strong hokage' logic even popped up from, is beyond me.

The fact that Kishimoto took his arm out and gave him Naruto's BM doesn't make Minato OP but it makes him that much worse. It means his hyped 'intelligence' was pointless along with his knack from deciphering his enemy's abilities and he decided to do away with Minato so soon, because he hasn't got a clue how to proceed his already broken character for which 'So Many' set Manga principles were obscenely broken.

Even Naruto did infinitely more than him in this regard on the battle-field and I think the guy has squirrel's nuts for brains. And I have yet to touch upon his 'glass of tang' personality which makes Kishimoto's writing skills looks like a monkey typing away on a broken type-writer with a thick monocle in his right eye and a cigar clamped between its jaws. His fans may hype him all they want, but in terms of relevance to manga, this guy never made any sense to me. He is one of the few reasons why this manga's quality is so deplorably low. Minato, forever a laughable character, now with a single arm.

@Underline, I completely agree with you shelke, Naruto did more things than anyone( obviously he's the main character after all but still, saved the alliance like twice, kyuubi cloak).

@iNotorious On a battle-field and as far as predictability goes, Minato's moves and move-list isn't that hard to make strategies for. My main points are about him being a disappointing character through and through. A lot of clear cut things were distorted for this guy - it's borderline ridiculous. He never lived up to his hype and created a new one through abilities that should be his in the first place. That is my main problem with this guy. Always was, always has been, and always will be.

It wouldn't matter anyway. A shadow clone + FTG is enough for Guy's 8 gates. Guy now has to choose between 2 FTG'ing people before he dies, and he can't be in 2 places at once. Minato spreads kunai's and has a clone out and it's GG for guy till the gates kill him. Even if guy collects all the kunai, Minato simply teleports between himself and clone, dopping more kunai along the way and vice versa. No matter how fast guy gets, he isn't going to be faster than instant, especially seeing as minato can react as fast as his eyes can see.
