Could sasuke get rinegan by betting both jugos body and karins chackra? itd makes sense since they both have senju dna and they can both give out chackra in a way, maybe orochimaru was planing something like this.

Juugo's cells are different than Senju DNA. The abilities are kinda of close so it could be possible that it would form some kind of substitute. That and Orochimaru is the guy who perfected Hashi cells and Sasuke let Orochimaru perform all kinds of experiments on him. It wouldn't be too far out there to say Sasuke might have been given Hasi cells.
