It can't happen. The second Edo Tensei would just fail like Minato's Edo did in Part 1. Edo Tensei was explained as a type of summoning Jutsu, where you pull the soul of the person your summoning from the "pure realm" (the afterlife) into the "impure realm" (the real world). If the soul does not exist in the pure realm, the jutsu will fail. So if you Edo Tensei someone, their soul no longer resides in the pure realm, unless you release the jutsu; thus the second Edo Tensei will collapse on itself.

when using Edo Tensei you are summoning the soul of the person you desire to revive FROM the afterlife
when it's not in the afterlife (if it's sealed or whatever) you can't summon it, so when the soul you're trying to revive
is already not in the afterlife 'coz it's already summoned in the world, the jutsu won't succeed.

Don't think it's possible because when you use Edo Tensei you bring by their soul and place them in a sacrificed body where they are sealed inside (soul can't just escape unless a jutsu is used to removed it). If it was possible them Tobirama could have tried doing that to Hashirama and Madara since Hashirama was his brother so most likely had access to his DNA and Hashirama had Madara's DNA on his sword.

Izuna is fodder though

Far from it, I'll rank him 2nd-3rd strongest Uchiha when it comes to overall abilities. He was equal to MS Madara and Madara shown his overall skills is greater than the 5 kages by fighting a fight he described as "Child paly" Izuna, Tobirama, Madara and Hashirama are all on a level beyond kage and anyone who says different needs to re-evaluate their analyzing of their abilities.

Also to add it's that person's soul which is sealed under that edo body, like how Madara broke the seal so his edo wouldn't end. Can't summon a sealed soul as we learned.
