Why is it always you to defend Tsunade in situations where she clearly gets turned into cream cake fodder? If part 1 Kabuto was able to make her exert herself and could of killed her then what makes you think that CURRENT Orochimaru would even be pushed to high diff? Her punches are less effective on Orochimaru and to be honest Tsunade without her beloved slug is pretty much depleting her overall use.

He made was almost if not on par with base jiraiya with no arms in the Sanin fight and Tsunade has nothing that can actually kill Orochimaru. Kusunagi makes this battle more of a laugh in Orochimarus case

Who cares if he was worried? It didn't even force Orochimaru to use his Body Replacement.
Orochimaru can easily touch her, due to superior speed (even in base he is faster, not to mention Slithering Mode or Shunshin). Soft physique and an ability to emerge from his mouth gives him another edge.

Killing Intent Jutsu, Cursed Seal, 5 Elements Seal, Poison, Kusanagi, Snake Glare - it all ends her.
Supported by ranged Hidden Snakes, Kusanagi manipulation from distance, Shadow Clones, Hiding like a mole, Temporary Paralysis Jutsu and Attack Prevention - she's done for.

I'm not even mentioning 8branches or his True Form.

I really don't want to argue, but Kusanagi can do nothing to Tsunade,
she not just survived Susanoo swords but also shattered it,
so Kusanagi sword isn't even a big factor.
